Is liquid eyeliner waterproof and other makeup advice

so, um. I wear eyeshadow. and I thinkits called concealer. I dont know. its a powder you put all over your face. umm. what are some good ides with eyeshadow. I have a friend who put two different shades of green on the same lid and it looked cute. what...

else can you do. and for what color shirts or pants. and what kind of waterproof mascara do you recomend? and how should I wear black eyeshadow without looking like a hore or hooker. sometimes I look really pretty, but other times, I feel I look kind of horish even though I be wearing the same shirt. also what kind of liquid eyeliner is best and what are some suggestions to put it on?
is liquid eyeliner waterproof? also, what about putting concelar on before some makeup?

oh and what can you do for some bangs with a larger than normal forehead? I have curly hair, so its ... hard to describe ... its about medium lentgh though =D

concealer is what you apply after you moisturize your face. usually you place it under your eyes to cover the dark circles, or over any blemish or pimple. powder is what you put all over your face to set the concealer, and foundation (if you applied any..) for eyeshadow, I just go insane with my colors, but a big tip is to BLEND BLEND BLEND, so they don't look like streaks of color on your eyes. I sometimes use black eyeshadow when I don't have enough time to do anything else.. a way for it to not look slutty is to not put all over your eyes, like on the crease and stuff.. just put black on the lids, and don't wing it out much. liquid eyeliner, I usually use this kind by lancome, called ARTLINER. that might be a little expensive, but you can get good liquid liner from pretty much any brand you can find at drugstores. now let me say this now, liquid liner WILL take lots of practice and patience, so don't get discouraged if you mess up the first few times. there are probably some tutorials on how to apply fun crazy make-up on youtube, so you should go check some out.

what I do is ... for example, I'm wearing teal shirt with an orange flower in my hair and some jeans. what I would do for make up: I skip the conceler completley. but I don't need it, sure is covers red dots but it high lights every little bump or pimple and makes them more noticable, and it clogs pores. I put some black eyeliner on my water line and then so eyeshadow, I would do an orange shadow on my inner eye and about half way across my eye I would switch to teal eye shadow and smooth it out. and then do mascara!! simple and easy. don't be afraid to use bold colors, it will look great!

If you google video jug you will get directed to a site that has a ton of hot to videos on make up and hair. Even at my age I found some of it helpful.
