Hi,
According to the medical BMI index you only need to lose abot 4 or 5 lbs to put you within your healthy weight range.
You can calculate this using the following link:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/healthy_living/your_weight/bmiimperial_index.shtml
Remember, lose this amount of weight slowly over a few weeks or you will just put it back on again.
You also need to do regular exercise to tone up your body.
Finally, regarding your friends that are so thin, it is very possible that their weight is at an unhealthy level. If you had their weights and heights you could see this for yourself by using the above link.
Take things easy.
