I have a very flat butt, and I hate it. I want a butt like Beyonce but I don’t understand how. I have read articles advising me to eat meat, but because I’m a vegetarian, I’m not sure about what I should be eating or doing to gain weight on my butt. Can...

You don't need meat to build muscle. The whole protein body-building religion is just marketing to sell expensive supliments.

There is no time in your life that you will grow faster than when you were a newborn. Human breast milk is only 5% protein. Unless you eat nothing but apples and bannanas you get enough protein in your diet already. There are vegan body builders who are huge. Your genetics and training regimine will determine how well you can bulk up more than the amount of protein in your diet.

If you want to develop glutes (the muscles in your butt) than you have to exercise them. Stiff legged dead lifts, lunges, and step-ups are some of the best exercises for your rear. A good trainer can show you how to perform these exercises to isolate and develop glutes best.

You could drink whey shakes but I'm not sure they are vegetarian but that would definately help. Peanut butter is a good source of protein too; I think about two tablespoons a day. And, I'm pretty sure you're getting protein in other things too.

now first of all think your diet @ a biological level...meat basically contains proteins & fats mainly...so you have to find the vegetarian replacements which contains proteins & fats in excess...
drink 500ml to 1000ml of milk daily
take oil & ghee in your food...
