If that doesn't work , buy a juicer if you don't already have one, and juice fruits in the morn. and veggies in the afternoon I.e. carrots, beets cucumbers, celery. Eat light in between. Good luck.

How do you lose weight fast?
What ways really work in making you lose weight? Right now I'm trying a diet of being a vegetarian plus I'm in a softball team. What other ways are there?
