Depends on the person, and what they are trying to do... personally, I think that whenever you are physically, and mentally ready, you can start, I would think 13 or 14.. probably 14.. good luck. :]

well me personally I dont get the point of dating younger then 15, becasue you cant really experience true love before that. I started dating when I was in 10th grade, when your like in 3rd grade you dont really know what your doing/ or at least thats what I think.

I don't think that there's actually a specific grade of age to start dating, it really depends on the person, like superfresh, has said. if you know what love is, and you're emotionaly, physicaly and mentaly ready, why can't you date? it's just that some young people get mixed up with the terms of love and lust... because what some people may say is love...just turns out to be a crush in the end... and if they don't noe the diffrence yet... then they aren't ready to date.

anything younger than 15 is too young because your emotions are too wild and unknown to you at any younger age than 15...even though you could be 15 and still emotionally unstable.. :S

I think it depends on the definition of dating... (which is quite different when you are in 3rd grade, when you are in 8th grade, when you are in high school, and when you are in college) atleast lets hope it does... because I sure hope that third graders are not making out and doing physical things together. I thought boys had cooties in third grade but I guess things change? I think anything physical under 5th grade is just asking for trouble. However, having someone to call a boyfriend/girlfriend who you hold hands with is totally cool.

I started dating when I was eleven and I thought it was both a good and bad experience. You learn faster [ some people don't ] but it does screw up some things because you're still emotionally unstable. I'd say thirteen because it's how old I am now and I'm emotionally stable enough. I would just say, an age where you can actually remember who your boyfriend/girlfriend was and can actually say it was really "dating."

my school started in grade 4, but they just saud "oh yeah, we're dating" and thats all they did when dating stated, the peeps that were dating didnt even hold hands! so I would say 13 or 12, (13 to go on a real date and 12 just 2 hang at eachothers houses) but 3rd 4th and 5th you cant sa your dating because you probly didnt even go anywhere!!! so yeaaa sorr this probal didnt help

I had my first g/friend in year 1 but its nothing and I think a relationship at 11 is still not worth it.
