How to write the best articles?

I want to write some best articles on credit cards and their frauds...can anyone suggest me some of the tips of doing so..

Writing an article takes organization, good preparation and research, as well as (for online) at least a picture or two.

Start with an outline that covers the 3-5 paragraphs you're going to write on the subject, and the write each one with a good lead in sentence, and then 3-5 follow up sentences. For online writing, use some bullet points, and break up the monotony a bit.

Writing an article for a web audience is a bit different than for a college paper or high school home work assignment. People get bored if they can't get the gist by scanning, and if further reading doesn't give them anything novel, interesting, or actionable.

Edit & revise at least once, and if you're trying to make something truly exceptional, it's worth having a buddy or two proofread your work. Good luck.
