Dude in order to use the Sharingan, you have to be of the Uchiha clan, Its a Keke Gen Kia, or bloodline trait. The only other way to have sharingan is to have a medical Ninja transfer the Sharingan of a willing member of the Uchiha to your eye, which is how Kakashi got his. Besides, Byakugan is much beter.

to get a sharingan from no medical surgery or being an Uchiha all you have to do is focus your chakra to your eyes and the when you eyes begin to see through thingsstare into a ligh for a while...I recomend the sun but you could use a lightbulb after a whil you should see 3 dots around your pupil! mine looks like this but not as bright a red and yes I am black and I used MS paint to make Kakashi look like this
