How to treat him after he stood me up?

I met this guy a month ago, & we've been on 1 date so far. I know he likes me, & he knows I like him back. After our first date, he didn't call me for a day. (( he usually calls me everyday ))
On the very next day, he called asking if I don't like him,...

& wondering why didn't I call him, & if I wouldn't want to see him again.
After we got that cleared, we had a coming up date that night ((2nd date)) & he was late, I called his cell phone & his mom picked up telling me he left the house.
I waited for 30 minutes and left, what should I do? How should I treat him?

by what I read he didnt call...so I guess you treat him just like you treat every other guy you talk to...ask him why he stood you up (if you are bored and want to hear some lies then do this, otherwise dont even bother) he seems to have 'accidentally' left his cell phone (no teenager ever leaves their cell phone at home) if he ever asks again if you liek him just say no thanks I have better things to do than be stood up, smile and wave goodbye.

Obviously hes not that into you. Why waste your time?
