There are tons of routines in fitness magazines and on the net. Just search it up. Remember that it's not all about exercise though but also about a healthy diet. Here are tips though:
top of your arms: I'm going to assume you mean your shoulders. Do shoulder presses, lateral raises, and frontal raises. For biceps, obviously bicep curls. Triceps: tricep dips and extensions.
chest: chest press, push ups, chest flyes, pec dec
sides & abs: crunches for the upper abs. V-crunches for the lower abs. back extensions for the back core muscles (those will make you look taller too) and if you're working out at the gym and you have a back extension machine, just lie on your side and do the same thing, that will work out your obliques. if not, do a twisted crunch.
legs & thighs & butt: leg press (45 degree ones are the best), hacksquat, squats and lunges. Lunges are the best for overall leg.
I guess I'm assuming that there's a gym nearby with all the equipment. If you don't have access to that, you can do upper body but doing rowing and lots of other sports. Legs: best bet - volleyball. That requires lunges and squats all the time, which are good for the thighs and butt.

How can I tone my body?
Hello,
My name is Jennifer and I'm 17 years old. And I'm looking for ways to tone my body and make it have a slim but strong frame.
I don't want a ton of muscle but I defiantly want a toned body and some abs wouldn't hurt.
I am 5'7" and about 175IBS,...
which is a little chunky but not to bad.
Any advice on a good exercise routine?
I really wan to work on:
The tops of my arms,
My sides,
Abs,
Legs,
Thighs,
Butt,
Chest.
Hmm... that don't leave a lot. But I really want to have abs (flat stomach), and no love handles, or thick thighs.
