Jeez, calm down. I know how you feel, there's this one girl at my school who's desperate to make friends at the annoying level. She'll randomly hug me and say we're best friends and won't give me a moment of peace! Then again, she's not a bad person, she just hasn't really had that many friends. You don't have to have just one best friend. And even if you don't like her that much, you can still hang out with her, just gently show her your not best friends and that she's going too fast. She's probably just desperate and lonely. it would be cruel to just put her down. It's like having a little brother; they're annoying, but in the end, isn't it worth it?
