Well, there isn't a real means to do this.
However, certain Contraceptives do have a nature of causing fewer periods.
My recommendation to you is to first speak with a doctor prior to taking measures that would allow you the freedom of endouring less periods of a given time.
**Disclosure**: I am not a Medical Doctor, I have not the means to diagnose, I am simply supplying suggestive information & factual statements of similar content. Any action or consequences there of is upon responsibility of member. I refrain any and all responsibility for actions which is not my personal own, and do so under the grounds that it is to be understood, such information is friendly advice. Always consult a doctor before making any major medical decisions, including but not limited to: Diet, Illness, serious medical conditions, medicine dosage, etc.
**In Addition To**:
If you are finding your self having terrible cramps & or more frequent than usual periods.
You may have a serious condition, again I can't stress enough to see a physician.
But if you are just wanting to only have a few as apposed to a few more per year Etc.
Then speak with your Dr. He/She will guide you in the direction of what methods would best suit you.
Hope you feel better!
