any gud tips on how to run faster and have a lot of stamina?

u have to keep practicing running, like tread mills laps etc. and you have to keep doing it constantly!

like every day when you come home from school you have to practice really hard and the next thing you know you will be running really fast.

do a lot of squat jumps they give your heart a good workout as well as your legs but they hurt a lot but thats a small price 2 pay when you achieve the results

well dude I'll tell you a way thatll make you be able to run a lot longer and basicly faster but I don't know it can cause like a heart attack because you might have to many red blood cells, but if you realy need to get a needle, and suck out some blood, and put the blood in a bag and freeze it about a month before you got to run, and make sure you keep runnin while your in the month, then before you race, take like 10 CCs and inject them back, but do not inject to much or you will get a heart attack and you will die...see the red blood cells carry oxygen so with my red blood cells, the more air you have to breath, the more air you have to breath, the farther you can run

I'd say.. do not take baseballman's advice.
It could be way dangerous.
Keep running and soon, you'll be toning up, which means you be running a lot faster.

first get some ankle weights.run withn those on every day and when you take them off you will be really fast!

exercise and its really good to go on the tredmill and see how long you can go .. moreand more each day push yourself .. also if you can't just run outside but when you get tired dont stop and when you have to continue to walk put your hands on your head on the back and breath in through the nose and out through the mouth lol . anyway just keep practicing on running and you'll get faster before you know it.
