cause you see them or you see them in your pictures. if you hear any noises which no one makes then that's them . If you can smell perfume which no one has sprayed then the ghost has just left the room. If you go all cold and freezing all of a sudden a ghost is in the same room as you.I know because all of this has happened to me. You can see shadows not any old shadow they can move or they are a shape or changing shape then that's a spirit I think . I tell you a little secret they come out when you are taking a picture or video recording you have to be patient though it takes time. That's how I saw one by taking pictures you can talk to them make sure they can hear and you have to speak to them as you are speaking to your friends.
