Just like any other form of cartoon drawing, Naruto characters follow a style that is kept to throughout. The anime' style of larger eyes, near nonexistent noses or ears, and over expressive mouths is kind of obvious. The best method for perfecting these types of drawings is just to get a still photo of the character and practice the basic lines to draw over and over and over until it becomes quicker for you. This should help you with just about any type of animation drawing.
