A month isn't a lot of time.
Good exercises for your pectorals are push ups, bench press, incline and decline bench press, and flys.
Conventional wisdom is that you can't loose a lot of weight and build muscle at the same time. Loosing weight requires a calorie deficit while building muscle requires a calorie surplus.
Body builders go through one phase where they exercise a lot and eat like a horse to build muscle then to get lean they diet and do lots of cardio to loose the fat. They don't try to do both at the same time.
HAHAHAHA lol . . . goodluck with that. depends how old you r etc but you really need to decide wot is more important to you, weight loss or pecs. weight loss is easer so lotsa cardio, but if pecs then eat a gd combo of proten and carbs and over load your body, but remember that nothing will happen if you dont give your body time to recuperate.

How much should I work out for good pecs?
How much do I need to work out every day to get good pecs and lose weight by the end of the month?
