It will not help you lose weight. In fact if you eat breakfast in the morning it will help you LOSE weight because it gets your metabolism going, which is the key factor in weight loss. As for going 7 hours without food you should probably at least eat a healthy snack to keep your blood sugar level such as carrot sticks, fruit, or a granola bar.
honey I have always heard if you are going to loose weight you havet to eat at least three meals a day you loose weight not eating cause your just storing fat and walking is realy good. try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. dont starve your self cause your just storing fat you dont want to do that breakfast is the best one you dont want to miss. email I would be glad to talk with you about it.
On water only, body takes about 2days to use up food eaten and glycogen stores. How much weight will I lose by doing this?
How much weight will I lose if I don't eat anything at school (7 hours) and onli eat lunch and dinner at home?
