Losing weight or not losing it will be the least of your concerns. After two days of starvation you'll start to feel irritable, lethargic, weak, confused, your immune system will start to deteriorate and you will not be able to maintain your body temperature.
If you want to lose weight, consider eating 4 small well balanced meals a day, and excercising 3 times a week.
it depends on your body. but after that week when you start eating again, you will gain it all back in probably 2 days, and you might even gain more. it's dumb and unhealthy. it will mess up your metabolism and it will be harder for you to lose weight. I've lost 22 by eating a lot. (healthy) and working out every other day. drink tons of water. it helps.
