How much to change the clutch ?

How much should it cost me (in Canada) to change a Hyundai Accent 2000's clutch ? My garagist told me 450 but I think it's a rip off. I know people who got theirs fixed for 200$.

Can you call around to a few other shops? As well as the Hyundai dealership? Remember that part of the cost will include manual labor to actually install the part. By calling around to a few other places, you can figure out what a reasonable price would be. The clutch kit seems to br running $105 (USD) on the internet, but would you have to replace any cylinders (master or slave)? That might add more to the price.
