I"m 5'3" tall and I weigh 127 ..I'm not supposed to weigh over 130...however..most of my body is muscle because I am in Karate, I run, I work out on a daily basis, I play DDR, and I eat healthy. It's not really about how much you weigh. Weight doesn't really reflect mass. Your weight can be heavier from muscle than fat. If you have a little pudge that's not bad. If you're not way overweight, you may try toning up instead of losing weight. Most people just diet away pounds and are super unhealthy skinny looking. As I said, if it's an option, go for tone. If you need any advice on workout routines I could prob. help.



How much should I weigh?
I am 5'1 medium to small build. just curious. I think I need to lose some weight.
