see your doctor, he/she will take into account your weight/height and age...we all find it harder to lose weight as we get older, especially if you're a woman... I'm 5'7 and weight 168lbs, would like to be a bit smaller but I can't seem to lose any so accept that this is how I am... I know that to lose weight I need to eat a sensible diet and exercise... that is the simple answer, so if you want to lose weight, diet sensibly, but be happy with how you are if yoru weight stays the same.



Is this a healthy weight for me?
im 55 years old in good health and weight 168..is that a good weight?? im 5ft 10 inches tall
