All right here. It all depends on how tall you are, and what kind of frame you have.
For example- if you are five feet tall and five inches, you can weigh anything between 121-150. It all depends on the type of body frame you have. Your BMI (Body Mass Index) would be just fine if you stayed in that weight range above. But, no one knows better than you and your doctor!

BTW, this is to Your Dream 101... the causes of obesity are MORE than just eating all the time. You can become obese from NOT EATING as well. If your metabolism slows down when your body senses that it is being starved...when you eat your next meal, your body will hold on to whatever its got! Obesity is kind of a harsh consequence...but you CAN become significantly overweight as a result of starvation and even just a strict diet. Obesity ALSO can be caused by your genetics, some diseases and conditions, medications, AND STRESS!!!
