Since you're fifteen, you should eat at least 1800 calories everyday AND exercise. Why is it so hard to realize that the key to losing weight is exercising? Don't be lazy and go run for 30 minutes everyday, people.
Fasting doesn't make you lose weight quickly; it makes you lose the first five pounds that every one can lose by eating less. The weight loss kind of stops there, though, as you body learns to conserve energy to keep you alive. Then when you stop fasting you actually gain weight.
It doesn't matter what you eat or drink as long as consume it in moderation.
Mmmm your weight is more then normal for your age and hight you do not need to lose it..but cut the carbs..exersize...coffeee is fine..ummm no candy and no soda ...you will be surprized how much weight you can lose wih out drinking soda alone...also ea more offten and less at a time...try not to eat pastas or breads...ok.

How many calories should I eat to lose weight?
I'm 15 and 5ft 5 and weigh about 125lbs and I was wondering how many calories I should be eating to lose weight. I want to get down to about 8st (112lbs) as quickly as possible, and what food should I be eating?. and does fasting make you lose weight...
