Well, Were I go HighLights Are Around about 60-90£ but you could also by the craapeh stuff frm willksion and that forlyk 3quid witch wrks pritty well

well, let's see... I;m in the same situation and I've been doing my research so here we go:
1. you have to have dye; $10-40
2. If you want the color to last you need to buy special shampoo, conditioner, cream, or spray; $4-60(I recommend Dove)
3. if you go to a salon; $10- 80( it depends on where you go and how you want to dye your hair)
