depends on what you are used to I guess. I sleep somewhere between 5 and 7 hours tops (usually) and that works well for me. I don't think there is a scientific guideline for sleeping too much though...
maybe you should experiment a little, sleep 8 hours per night for a week long and see how you feel.




How many hours should you sleep for?
I have to sleep for 9 hours atleast even before I can function properly!! but im stil really tierd in the morning, im anemic an im on 300mg of iron a day and im still tierd even after my iron tabelts, am I sleeping to many hours? Xx
