Well it depends on your weight. I am 150 and in a pack of 30 I took 15. 30mgx15=450mg That was a really hard trip. You can buy through drugstore.com but I recommend you read the erowid vaults. Have fun but be safe. I went on a really weird trip, but walking up stairs was really fun.
