How many calories should I eat to lose weight?

Him im 19, 5'5 and weigh 160lbs, I've recently lost 20lbs but im struggling with the rest? What should I be eating? Please help

first off, thats amazing that you lost 20lbs and basically, stay away from junk, soda, carbs. eat veggies, no more than 2 fruits a day, small meals every three hours, egg whites, and almonds.

WELL IT DEPENDS ON AL LOT OF THINGS. FIRST OF ALL YOU GOT TO KNOW HOW MANY CALORIES YOU ARE EATING. TO LOSE WEIGHT YOU got to BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU CONSUME, WHICH YOU PROBABLY ALREADY KNEW. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND EAT FOODS WITH HIGH FIBER PERCENTAGES ALSO EAT MORE SMALLER MEALS INSTEAD OF THREE BIG MEALS A DAY. AND OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO EXCERSICE. AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK FOR 45 MINUTES. HOPE I HELPED FUNMAIL ME IF YOU NEED ANY OTHER HELP.

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
