How long untill you know you are pregnat?

How long does it take to know that you are pregnat? How long untill you start to feel all the symptoms of pregancy. I really would like to know asap. I am kinda worried.

Only a pregnancy test can tell you for sure if you are pregnant or not. Some home pregnancy kits can give accurate results even 2 weeks before the start of your next period. I had sex about a week and half ago and I just been really nausated and crapmy all day long and really tired.
