How long does it take to get rid of mice?

I have purchased but not yet recieved the device to use on mice. It is an electrial device that sends electrical pulses that distrube the mice from nesting and setting up shop. How long does it take before I should see a lack mice. Also they say I should see more activity? What do they mean by more activity. The mice now are not seen scurring around the house. Only seen by the droppings in my basement finished basement food cabinet.

If any one has any comforting words please respond.

that dosnt realy work so id just say sit around all day with a bb gun and kill them all thats what my brother did and hasnt had mice sence.

Mice are a pest for sure. I feel for you. Mice require one thing to survive and thrive. FOOD!! If you take away their source of food whatever that may be do it. Clean the areas you've seen them in and put down mouse traps. Try to find out where they are coming from and seal the entrance way off. Be aware though that they only need a hole the size of a dime to get in. Look for signs, poop etc. A cat wouldn't hurt either.

Just buy the old fashion snap traps, they are so cheap you can just throw the whole thing out if you don't want to touch the mouse. Pick it up with a plastic bag or shovel. Put peanut butter on it and see how fast you catch them. Keep in mind mice usually live in packs of 4 to 7 so if you see one, you probably have more. Its best to get rid of them asap, they have been known to chew electrical wires and burning down houses. Very rare but it has happened. Good Luck
