For much longer than any opiate, much more intense and can last as long as a year depending on lenght of time taken if taken as prescribded.. Addiction is not taken as prescribded as when 1 does not do what it did some take 2 on and on... I personally was addicted to zanex for 29 years and still have them on me at all times but am very aware of the outcome I am much older and wiser...
