How long after conception??

I was just wondering how long after conception do you normally start getting pregnancy symptoms...??????

As I understand it varies with different individuals. I think the first sign for most women is a missed period so it depends when you are due, however this is nowhere near a sure sign of pregnancy (and in some cases having a period doesn't prove you're not pregnant). If you are in any doubt you should get a test kit or see your doctor.
