How does this sound?

OKay, so I only had 11.5 grams of fat today, plus a number 10 (chicken nuggets) at mcdonalds. I don't know how many grams of fat that is, but I'm on a diet trying to lose weight. Does this sound healthy? At this rate, how long will it take to lose 10/15...

You wont ever lose weight just by eating. (especially food like that) exersise, take the stairs, get off the computer AND eat healthy, and it shouldnt talke to long.

"How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?"

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

yeah, I know. I'm at my gransdparents house, so there isn't a lot of stuff to excersize. And I'm not aiming to lose awhole bunch. ANd, I had no choice to eat the mcdonald's fppd. It was either thar or not have dinner.

I hate whenever there is no alternative but to eat the junk that is put before you. My parents did the same thing and most of the time I just did not eat but I still was not healthy for the simple fact that I ended up eating only like once a day which lowered my metabolic rate to almost non-existence.

But anyways, if you HAVE to eat something at McDonalds you should do your research on their menu over the internet as well as others places to eat and find the lesser of two evils and decide from there cause you NEED to eat just be wise about it.

Eating more often will raise your metabolism which is what you want but you also do not want to eat junk or a lot of food. Try to avoid bad fats like trans or saturated fat which is in fried foods.

do you know what they do to those chickens ?!!?

other than that, if you don't have anything to work out with while in your room, do some situps, some crunches, and some squats

it'll def. help !
