How can I get beyonce's body?

I need a bootylicious Beyonce body by summertime. I've got some plans.

Why would you want someone else's body look or style? Is it because society says this is what we suppose to look like.? Chances are you already have a "Beyonce's body" as you call it. Just really take a good look at yourself and be thankful that you have a body at all. You are what you say you are? If you don't like the way you look start working out, eating a good balance meal. Regardless you are going to have the body GOD wants you to have and I bet it will look dynomite because that's how he operates.

Judge, we alwas accept personal veiws, but you should have come to this question with a goal in mind to anwer the question, what he/he decides to do, is totally their choice, they are asking for a bootylicious body, not a religous point of veiw. But also, when we give advice, we want to tell the person about the results of the action.

Well, I don't know much about actually re-shaping your body, I don't think from wha you have wrote that you want to go that far, in which case it may not be healthy to do, but if you want a better body because you want a guy, I can garuntee you in the end your body won't matter, but your mind, and kindness will. To get a better body, you should be healthfull in both mind and soul. Work out regularly, alwas leave time to just waste. hang out with friends.

THE KEYY TO LOSING WAIT IS NOT TO EAT LESS! The key, is to eat healthier! Eat foods from the rice, and grain category, this will make you healthier, don't get lazy and not eat instead of working out, this won't look good at all, and it's not healthy. The most importent thing is losing weight, and being healthy.

If you want to have a larger bottom area, you must run up a hill. This will help you lose some inner thigh which will make you're bottom area look rounder. No matter how rough this is, you dont exactly need to stop eating bread, but you need to drop the soda! Another thing that will help you achieve that beyonce figure is to do more than one type of ab work out. Try doing the hand beneath butt then lifting legs, crunches, sit ups, side sit ups, whatever you can. Although it might be difficult, try your hardest and you can achieve!(Remeber that.)
