well you normaly need a deposit to start off a loan, however there are organizations that lend the entire amount, higher interest though
Well first, Im not sure if your mortgage would be that different if you are trying to own your own home, but maybe thats dependent on your location, But you should be able to take advantage of many low income opportunities for home ownership, as well as low($500 or less) money to NO money down and lots of assistant with the purchase itself and HUD homes and Habitat homes. There are several options- depending on where you live. I know for a fact these options are available in Houston
Here's a link that you might find useful. It's the link for HUD. You should be able to contact an office in your local area.

first get a letter of credit from the rentacenter that you pay on time , call your utility co ask for credit letters hopefully you pay them on time , you can even go to your local insurance man for a credit letter get as many as you possibly can saying you pay as agreed.
if you are working and can proove your income for the past 2 years call a local bank or mortgage broker ask them if they do fha loans for first time buyers the rates are about 6.5 % for 30 years ask your landlord for a letter of credit saying you pay your rent on time
or if you pay by check or money order you need 12 months of on time rental payments
if you can get 3 letters of credit and 12 months paying rent on time 2 years of tax returns
you can get an fha loan with 3 % down you can get a gift for that 3% from a non profit
so thats 0 down 1000 a month is a loan about 80,000.00 est tax and insurance
you can get a loan for no credit easily there are many online sources who are providing this type of loans and also with a low interest rates you may try them, for your reference try http://www.ezconsolidation.com my one of friend has consolidate his loans from there and also with a low interest rates, you may try them.

How do you apply for a loan if you have no credit?
My husband I have are both stuck in a situation where we have never built up credit. No credit cards, no loans, etc. Both of us come from low income families. I now work from home, filling those 1099 forms. (Very recently started). Anything we own, we have payed for in cash, usually using rental centers but paying within the 90 days if possible. We now rent a house. The problem is, it's 1000.00 a month, which is more than I've heard of for most mortagages, and this is a three bedroom cape with two families in it. My husband son and I and also my father and baby brother. We need more room. So how do I apply for, and get a loan?
