They are pronounceable, you just fail to look to common sense. You have the Flo part, yes? Well, if there's a space following the Flo, that means the next word, if any, is said separately. Rida, ok, do you think a male rapper would even name himself -Reda-? It's too close to Rita, which is a female name. Rider is the only appropriate word that comes into place.

I don't like him or most rappers for that matter, but it's not like their names are in Japanese...
