How do I turn off filter keys?

I keep accidently turning on filter key, so I got to hold down each key for 5 seconds, which slows down my typeing a lot, in fact its on now

Ah, when that happens to me I just restart my computer and it goes back to normal.

Go to the start menu.
Go to "Run"
Type "cmd" and press enter.
A window will pop up.
Type "format C:"
