How to stop binge eating disorders?

I have binge eating disorders... :'(

And I cant do things that make you full, because I'm so obsessed with food. I'd keep eating after I'm full...

How do I stop this? Here are the simptoms of binge eating disorders that I've been noticing:

* eat...

an unusually large quantity of food even when they are not really hungry
* keep eating until they are uncomfortably full
* eat alone or in secret because they are ashamed or embarrassed
* eat or graze continuously without ever feeling satiated
* eat when they are stressed or unsure of how to cope with emotional challenges
* feel unable to control what or how much they are eating
* feel disgusted, depressed, or guilty after overeating
* may develop another eating disorder—anorexia—as a way to counteract the effects of bingeing

So I definatally know I'm sick! I really need help to stop it. Thanks! happy

a dis mac that was kinda messed up how you dissed me on not replying bak to ma msgs bu o well I guess you that type of person we was suppoed to be diet potnas I already lost 2 lbs. and I snd you a lot of tricks ta food now its yo choose if you want to follow dem stop askin ?'s if you dont if you really that bad da only way that can help is to c a personal trainer I was going to be yoz bu you tooo shady and you probably wood of lost weight 2

Binge eating is cause physcologically either there are been changes in your life mentally and you can't deal with them so you counteract by over eating. Most people do not consider binge eating a actual eating disorder but it is. Talk to your doctor you can either try threapy for your eating or get put on medication good luck!

Prader-Willi Syndrome is a disorder that causes one to over eat. You need to see a doctor and ask to be checked specifically for this. It is not the first thing that comes to their minds when checking bindging out as it isn't all that well known. If this is what you do have there is medications and lots of help out there but it has to be diagnosed first.

try smaller dishes a lot of people seems to eat with their eyes if the plate looks full and you eat it you will feel more satified then if you ate the same amount from a larger bowl according to what I've heard I love food I like to eat but I know when im full and I know when to stop I think you need to cheque out a clinique for people with eating disorders if you dont know where one is you can try a hospital near you they can send you to one

im going through exactly what you are, im being dealing with bing eating disorder for a year now and I binge about 6 times a week for 24 hours each day! its hell but I belive we will get through this. Somthing that helped me really well a while ago that I stopped because it didnt fit my lifestyle was friend/partner eating! every single meal you eat must be chosen by somone else and eaten with that person. You have no say in what you eat or the amount. This is extremly difficult since im a controle freak but it works magic. Often people who binge have controle issues and struggle with that so this helps you to let gp and also socialise more.

I recommend you try it and trust me even if the person gives you "unhelahy food" or big portions its still probably a lot better then binging and the amount of calories you consume then!
