How do I put my picture up from an iphone?

ok well I have a iPhone and I don't know how to get my picture on here can anyone tell me how?

I have an iphone.
okay, the wire that goes into the charger, remove it and hook it up to your computer.
it's a USB cord.
and then it'll upload into your computer, in whaterv file you decide.
then come on here.
click choose photo, look for the file you uploaded the pictrue into choose that one and click upload and write a caption.
