at me sometimes but I'm sure that's only because I started looking at him first. I have never spoken to him in my life so I know nothing of his personality. Please give me advice on getting him.

well you can't magically make someone like you, so you're just going to have to gather up your guts and talk to him. relax, be yourself, and waltz up and say hello! that's the only you're going to make progress in getting to know him. YOU have to make the first move.
