If you are feeling lethargic go to your doctor and have a physical. Make sure you don't have an underlying medical condition.

After ruling out medical problems try improving your diet, getting more sleep, meditation, facing your problems, reducing your stress, etc.

well if your eating a lot of carbs and sugars..that could be a big reason. they slow you down and make you feel tired. the term exercise seems so boring to me. try dancing, rollerblading [given you have them]. staying on here isn't going to help you though. if you get distracted by internet or tv, then disconnect them. don't think about it, just do it.

Try taking sea kelp. If you have a thyroid condition this may help regulate it. Be sure to ask a family doctor before taking it. Follow recommended dosage. I've seen it work. Much better than B vitamins in my opinion, especially when combined with reduced sugar intake.

substitute raw fruits for other sugars(sugary carbs) before you want to exersise. if you dont like fruits and veggies, go for the more appealing fruits like pineapple or mangos or grapes or strawberries or cherries with no added sugar or anything like that that sounds delicious to you. the more fruit you substitute here and there, the more you will aquire a taste for them, and the more you will want. pretty soon you will not crave fake sugars, and you will see that you will have more energy! I promise! nature intended us to eat what it creates, and our bodies were intended to eat what nature creates, so it only makes sense that we would naturally be more energetic when eating natural foods.

make sure you are getting enough rest as well.

also if you form a habit of exercising even if you fell tired you will find the enegy to keep it up because you will realize how good and happy it makes you feel! dont feel like you have to work out a ton all at once, just take baby steps and set goals!

cheers!
