You can refill your prescription if you already have one online with a few of the larger pharmacies, however, if you don't have a current prescription, you won't be able to buy it online in the US anymore as the laws changed a few years ago.
Buy getting either ripped off by a fake company making false claims or by getting butsed by the FDA and I wouldnt f with the feds!
"thedude" is correct except for one major point, Percocet is a Schedule Two (C2) Narcotic thus making it an automatic no refills. There is no legal way to get any controlled substance without a prescription (at least in the US).
order tramodol online and you wont need a prescription
and you can order as many as you want, kinda pricey tho!
There are thousands of online pharmacies and most of them are legit.
However, since it's mostly illegal for US citizens to buy their own drugs without paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to insurance or DR's, it is an easy market to rip people off, especially US citizens who are most desperate for medical price breaks.
In the end, if you are truly sick, I wouldn't worry about the Feds.
It will just be an embarrassment for them to try to prosecute you for seeking valid medical uses.
Basically, if you're not buying pain killers, chances are you'll be fine legally, but there is a rip off potential.
In many cases if you have a chronic condition medical discount plan may be worth it, because drug prices, even online from India, Canada or others still add up.
It's not like the 15 dollar copay you might get through a group insurance policy.
Still, considering American's HORRIBLE health care status... paying twice as much as any other nation for 37th ranked health care... there may be a perfectly valid reason to purchase.
In most cases, going to a DR and basically telling him your situation is the best first step.
If you plan to buy pain killers, keep in mind, you will be more likely to get caught in a sting.
If you do have a legit condition however, I would not worry about it. Chances are VASTLY in your favor to not get caught and then even if you do make it on some list of people ordering from company X... there is likely no motivation for the DA or other law enforcement to take action.
It would likely result in them embarrassing themselves in a time when American's are become more sensitive to their abnormally high health care costs.
In reality, the open market should mean we have the right to buy our own medications and not be owned by insurance companies and caught up in pre-negotiated price wars between insurance and medical providers.
Write your representative for National Health Care.. it would save the US 1 trillion dollars a year to switch over and likely raise our health care rankings along with average lifespan.
1 trillion is a A LOT of money and we pay that out above and beyond the costs of any other nations health care.. even top ranked nations such as Italy and France who have insanely good health care including paid vacations for serious conditions. Still, with paid vacations and sending people to your house to actually help you with your medical problems or pregnancy or such, they still spend almost half as much on health care.
Their industry is simple far more efficient, they charge less for the necessary scans and they catch more diseases early which ultimately saves money, saves lives, and makes for happier workers.
I would like to know how to do this. If anyone knows please email me.
