How do have a good relationship with my mother?

Recently my mom and I have been fighting a lot. I have no idea why. Just stupid thigs set her off and we go into a fight? How do people have a 'peachy- Keen' or 'perfect' realationship with their mother?

This happened with my mother and I. When you see your mom is getting upset, change the subject. or just end the convo and go to your room. Hug your mom just because

I used to do this with my mum all the time, from about 14-17 we would fight over everything. Like jax said, just dont start... If she's upset let it go... It sounds silly, but sometimes you need to be the more mature person and learn when to step away from the situation...

Lots of hugs and 'I loves you's' are heart warming, even if mom is in a bad mood. I don't think any relationship is 'perfect' but some get pretty dang close. Don't try to figure out why she gets mad. That will just make you mad too. Just love your mom like none other. She's the only one you'll get. Tell her that too. Say, 'mom, I love you so much and when we fight it really hurts my feelings and I'd rather be watching a movie or telling jokes then fighting. You're the only mama I will ever have and I want us to be happy forever.'
