How can I tell my friend she's annoying nicely?

Ok well I had this best friend since kindergarden and she left me for the preps,the annoying crabby straight a students that brag.like bratty rich kid tpe because she is too.and now I had a fight with this girl at school because she thinks I called her a slut,and I didnt.someone told her I did but they lied.and I didnt come to school the next day,because I have a double ear infection,the fight started last week, and I still have an infection,in both ears,so I didnt go to school the day afterwards because I had a doctor's appointment,so I missed school.and that crabby girl tatianna,of course as always in my buisness acting like my frikkin mother,tellin me how people were sayin I was scared and shyt but yet tatianna dont even know the whole story and im gettin tired of her always in my buiness,always finding a way to prove me wrong. Ok you know th esinger selenea who died?ok well I loooveee the girl's songs even though she dead.and I know her biography,all of it,who killed her when ,where,how,and why.and tati sits over there thinking she's right.I sed her fanclub president killed her and tatianna sitting over there,who doesnt even listen to today's music,she barely listens to music,thinks that she's right about her saying the manager killed her so we went back and forth.so she puts her flippin mom on the phone to try to prove me wrong.I sed to her mom,no accually her f.c president killed her.so her mom pyuts dad on the phone,dad puts sister,sister puts brother.brother's smart enough to look it up and proves them all wrong.so tati gets mad saying about'oh I dont feel like talking'and then bringing things that have nothing to do with the conversation because she wrong!

My question is,since we been friends for so long,how do I tel her she's gettin on my nerves with arguing with me so much and gettin ad when she's wrong,and then the fact that she dont hang out with me anymore,why is she always in my buisness wrorrying about me?how can I say it nicely?

oh tatianna.I told you when you were in 7th grade and I was in 5th,she is annoying!see! never listen to me just because im your 'younger' sister!

u just have to say it to her face, that you are getting sick of her always in her face, say something nice about her first like... ' your really nice person to be around, and we are good friends, and all, but I am sick of u' or something like that
