Make a list of reasons why you want to lose 15 pounds. Also have a few pictures of people who you admire to keep you going. No junk food! Everytime you want to eat something you KNOW you shouldn't read your list and look at you picture. Also, write down every bite you eat, and, if you can, find out how many calories you are during that day. Make sure that there is some deficiency, so that you can lose weight. Finally add in as much exercise as possible, even jumping in the spot, cause that will speed up your metabolism and burn calories.

I know it's old advice but it's true. Just eat right, cutting out fatty foods, eating several small meals w/fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water and exercise on a regular basis. I've lost weight that way. Why do you have to lose 15 lbs?

I keep trying to lose weight, and nothing I do works. I want to lose about 15 pounds before July and I can't do it.. Any advice??
