You're overworking yourself. When you do squats, do like four sets of 8 or 12. When you get to the end of them it should be very hard to finish. Your legs may be sore the next day, so take the day off. The next day, do more squats, even if you still hurt, it will warm your muscles up and probably soothe them. Also, make sure you stretch in the morning, before and after you workout, and before bed. As for your boobs hurting, you have muscles in your boobs. If they are weak, they will hurt after you workout. Same thing, take a day off in between workouts. Also try to incorporate a yoga or pilates routine in. It lengthens your body and strengthens your core which will support you in your strength training workouts. And its a good de-stressor!
Since you quit all sports, begin a running regime. Go for a run for 30 minutes every day.
ya thats what I'd say, you do to much of one muscle its going to mess you up, you need to get a variety, and take in carbahydrates and protien
once you get back in shape you won't get sore unless you overwork yourself or push yourself to do more than your usual workout.
I agree with all the response. You can also try amino acid vitamins which help ease sore muscles after exercise. You should go to your local GNC or any other good health store to inquire more about it.
Eating bananas during your work out and after because of the vitamins but dont drink water during your workout because you can cramp up on your sides stop drink rest then keep going
it soundslike yor not stretching them properly...be sure to stretch the muscles before and after exerscise and that should help

Ok; I did about 40 squats or whatever tuesday. my
legs have been hurting since. but I want to keep
doing them to get leg muscle cause I quit track
& cheerleading & im getting out of shape. but I dont
want to keep the pain for days. & also everytime I
work out my boobs hurt too ? what can cause that ?
