im starting to do this diet, and it really works. its called the southbeach diet and you cut out any fatty foods and such out of your diet for two weeks. than you start losing that weight in a snap and sometimes you get sccustomed to only eating the food. you should focus on fat free and low cal. foods. ex. pickels lettuce, veggies, soups, ect.. and doing cardio at least half an hour everyday REALLY works. wether its as soon as you wake up or afterschool. trust me. plus its reefreshing to wake up early go for a run, come back take a shower and get on with your day. hope this helped!
Going on diets work sometimes, but not always. Try to eat healthier, like instead of pigging out on cookies after school, eat a salad with low fat dressing. You could also dance around to music while you clean your room, that is actually helping your muscles get stronger and a little more toned. Also, you could do sit-ups or push-ups while watching TV or right before you go to bed. Hope this helps! Just remember to STAY HEALTHY and do NOT go into a eating disorder. Just be happy with your body and make the right choices!
