How can I be less moody on my period?

Idunno about this one. Asked by mrscobainx3 about 1 month ago, 4 answers.

I know its normal to be cranky and sensitive before having your period.
But for me,its like at a whole new level.im so sensitive that its insane.I flip out on everybody, over the smallest things, and im no fun to be around.yesterday,my cousin dunked me in the pool.normally id laugh and get him back.but instead I started bawling my eyes out and flipping out on him.
What the heck?

Get birth control, so you don't get your red mud slide all the time...

I would watch those 'feed the children' commercials and start bawling. it's insane.
you can use birth control but make sure you get the right kind for YOU...or you could go the homeopathic route and look for an alternative that way.

lol...sacraficed, you're hilariously gross! lol, I love it! ha, couldn't you have said like...'crimson tide', or 'visit' or something?!? ha ha ha ha...
