How bad is www.rotten.com?

I don't like gross sites and I want someone else to do the searching for me. I have a weak stomach for gore and I passed out once channel surfing and landing on the surgery channel. How bad is "http://www.rotten.com"? I am not looking for a Paris Hilton tape...

or a Britney Spears photo. I just want to know what my coworkers are talking about.

It's pretty bad I look on it every halloween but unless you like Seeing things that make roadkill look like a gourmet lunch don't go. . . . . .
