Try to move your arms behind your back and in front of you over and over to work out your boobs. [My soccer coach told my cousin to do this because her boobs were loose too]
do benchpress and stufft o work out your chest muscles, that should perk em up. You can also just get into a lot of excersing so you have an all round tight body.

This is such a funny question. I don't know whether it works or not, but I once read about a woman who soaked her boobs in ice cold water every morning. I bet its a little painful, and I don't know if it works or not. But it's just something that came to mind.
pecks are the muscles under your boobs...everyone has them, even men...they are actually called pectoralis...you have a pectoralis major and a pectoralis minor...find some exercises that you like that will target these muscles. to tighten up your boobs you should exercise your chest by sucking in your abdominal muscles and pushing out your chest. DO this at whatever speed you can and im sure you will have results within one to two months..
hmmm.....never heard of that. Where did you get that info? Your abs wouldn't make your chest firm
