How do you put on eyeliner?

just pull your lower lid down with your finger (so the red part shows) and gently run the liner on the little lip there. it takes some practice. definatly use a mirror.

ewww,. thick eyeliner on the bottom just makes you look like a flippin vampire whos ready to join the circus. this fad needs to gooo away.

well, here's my advice. putting it on the top will make your eyelashes look thicker. I just learned myself and it wasn't easy. I'm still not perfect, but everytime I practice, it's gets a little better each time. so practice! put it so close to the eyelash that it's half on your skin and half in the eyelashes. or try liquid. but for me that would be messy. whatever!

try liquid liner it comes off esaier and its alittle messy but you can fix it if you want and most eye liners are washable 4 the liquid kind. so try 2 do what ohplease says and try that.
