Highlight to dark brown

Okay, it would be wiicked schweet if I got some feedback on this, I am normally a dark brown (color) for my hair, and I would say about a month and a half ago I got blonde highlights, and I just want it back a nice dark brown because it is so better that, would I be able to dye over the highlights?

Yeah, its easier to dye dark over light colors than light over dark. Dying damages it though.
